Join us for our 5 course Game dinner in the Loft. The meat in this dinner are from animals that are non traditionally domesticated and are sourced from specialized farms from Texas and Canada. $155 per person includes wine pairing. 2nd: Smoked Wild Boar Ragu, rigatoni, parmesan
3rd: Venison Sausage, wild blueberries, chestnuts
4th: Elk Strip Steaks, pickled beets, wild onions
5th: Chocolate mousse aronia berry glaze, chocolate cake biscoff fluff, candied cranberries
